  • Develop and manage customer surveys and feedback mechanisms
  • Track and report on customer-related KPIs and marketing performance metrics
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Collaborate with third-party marketing partners to prioritize and execute initiatives
  • Manage relationships with promotional goods suppliers and other vendors
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery across all external support partners
  • Review and approve marketing quotes and proposed campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
